In week two we will deal with the Employment Equity Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Compensation for Injuries and Diseases Act. This will include the impact, discriminatory actions, penalties, and compliance methods of these acts. We will also look at the key focus area for this week, which is the provisions of the BCEA.
